AIXAM
Aixam-Mega is a manufacturer of
electric cars or French Diesel, was founded in 1983, in Aix-les-Bains to
manufacture microcars for the already broken AROLA company.
In 1992, they began to build
standard measurement cars under the name MEGA, which in 2002 began to market
only electric and diesel micro-vans. The most important feature of this car
design is the models built with smaller size. They do not need a conventional
license but a moped driving permit.
Our company offers the
certificate of conformity of Aixam for this vehicle through our website.
AIXAM basically offers new alternatives
with 0 emissions through electric cars, although currently these cars are not
allowed to transit through areas where the minimum speed of 50Km / h can
transit through residential priority areas and being 0 emissions , includes all
episodes of traffic restrictions due to high pollution. Cars get their energy
for optimal operation with lithium-ion batteries can last between 3 hours and 3
and a half hours.
In the beginning, AIXAM products
were offered to people who lived in the countryside, people of legal age to
whom it was easy to use them. After a while the product could be extended to
underage adolescents who still needed between 2 years or 3 years, to obtain
their driver's license, expanding their trade to tourism.
The Aixam Certificate of Conformity
is available to all Aixam built by the European market.
Under the name of AROLA is
manufactured for the first time a car which is called "conche without
license" or "the car that does not need a license", in 1978 the
factory generates a mono cylindrical 2-stroke engine, in 1982 they improve the
materials for manufacturing. In 1984 the factory changed its name to AIXAM and
a year later the first light quadricycle that can travel 45 km / h was
presented to the market, two years later a heavy quadricycle was produced which
can travel 75 km / h, which could be driven with an A1 or B1 card.
In 1992 a subdivision called MEGA
was born, where it presents a new model "TWIN". AIXA-MEGA began to
participate in auto racing in the 90's, developing the all-terrain GT coupe
with a V12 engine. In 1996 they make a great tourism, and for the 2000 the MEGA
DESERT an all-terrain diesel.

The brand stands out for being so
active in the care of the environment, since all the cars produced are
manufactured to emit 0 emissions and many of the materials for which they are
composed are recyclable. They are built with two different engine models that
can meet the standards of the brand such as the KUBOTA with the Euro 4 standard
and the LOMBARDINI that governs under the Euro 3 regulations.
